Morgangastro 22.5L/45 lb Commercial Manual Meat Mixer with Gearbox, Fixed Tank Stainless Steel Sausage & Burger Mixer

The mixer handles up to approximately 45 lb of meat per batch for preparing sausage filling, burger meat, patties, meatballs, meatloaf, and other meat mixtures. Actual capacity may vary depending on the size and density of the ingredients and the amount of liquid, seasoning, or sauce added.

The fixed tank provides a stable platform for mixing larger batches of ground meat, seasonings, sauces, and liquids. Its brushed stainless steel construction offers a smooth food-contact surface suitable for repeated preparation in butcher shops, restaurants, delis, catering kitchens, and meat-processing areas.

The integrated gearbox transfers movement from the hand crank to the internal mixing shaft for smooth and controlled manual operation. Turning the side handle moves the paddle through the batch to help combine meat, seasonings, water, sauces, and marinades more consistently.

The stainless steel paddle moves ingredients throughout the tank to help distribute seasonings, sauces, and liquids across the meat mixture. After use, the paddle assembly can be removed for easier access to the tank interior and mixing components during cleaning.

The mixer can be connected to the compatible TC12-body motor for powered mixing when larger production volumes require electric operation. The TC12-body motor is sold separately and is not included with this manual meat mixer.

Four adjustable feet provide up to 25 mm of adjustment, allowing the mixer to be leveled on different countertops and work surfaces. The foot pads help improve stability, reduce unwanted movement, and protect the work surface during mixing.
