The integrated 'Cool Zone' in this fryer is a life saver for our budget. We do a lot of breaded fish and the sediment trap at the bottom actually prevents the crumbs from scorching. We are changing our oil significantly less often than before. The stainless steel construction is heavy-duty and very easy to wipe down at the end of the shift. The adjustable 6-inch legs made it easy to level it perfectly with our existing cookline.
