Return Policy

  • If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we are here to help! You can return a product for store credit, another product, or a refund to the original form of payment.
  • Please note the following exceptions to our Return and Refund Policy:
  • Here are some examples of common exceptions: (Common exception products such as refurbished items do not allow returns)
  • Refurbished items are final products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must still have tags attached and be returned in the original product packaging.
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Ordinary buyers (Residential) will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the selling price (excluding tax) for returns, while distributors or commercial buyers will charge 20% of the selling price.

Warranty Service

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
  • Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
